This was laid on my laptop as I was working on it yesterday. I looked up into a contrite little face. Anna said, "I forgot an R. and I made a cursive S." She was quite the grump yesterday, and found herself in a few time outs and without the computer or TV. Honestly, I had already forgiven and forgotten. I have my grumpy days too.
This little apology melted my heart though, and I plan on keeping it so that when she is a not-quite-so-soft teenager, I can hold onto hope. Plus, it's just super sweet.

Oooohhhhh. Tears in my eyes. Mike smiled and said "How can you be mad? How can you be mad?" As you can tell, the note has melting power from far away.
